[GNC] gnucash can not type in any chinese

After I  add the line you mentioned  to Gnucash.app/Contents/Resources/etc/gnucash/environment
I can see the response of Gnucash3.1 has changed but not as expected.
The  iput method  blink blink. After  I  press a button， the input method blink once and disappear.
After all,  I can not choose the chinese character and get all English character
