[GNC] Gnucash 3.1 and fedora 28

https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796117 <https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796117>, which is next on my list. The bit about it only being the newest database is interesting. Can you try running GnuCash with --log gnc.backend.dbi=debug? That will still eat your database but it will write to the trace file every query, which should give some clues about what’s happening.
