And with so much for the banking industry to fix up, to be announced in
another month or so
I see no hope for open banking to get started in the short term.

David also could have mentioned the electronic health record that no
one wanted to join, so "they" made it "opt-out" instead.
Now about 1 in 15 of the population has opted out.
