[GNC] Default Invoice Configuration

There seem to have been some significant changes to invoice printing with v3.3, which are a real step in the right direction.

Is there a way yet to save a default configuration for say an invoice, and then have this used every time you open the print dialogue?  Even though I have edited Printable Invoice configuration, it does not pick this up until I load the configuration.
