[GNC] Translators: Long description of account template common changed

Dear translators,

I a writing this message because most of us will not often review their
account templates. But Bug 775580 - Inaccurate information provided for
"Common Accounts" when using "New Account Hierarchy Setup" had a good
suggestion.

As github user you can create a pull request, else attach your patch to
