[GNC] two lines for every entry

 From what I can tell, when I charge something, GnuCash
automatically deducts it from my Assets:bank.  This
is frustrating to me because I have done no such thing.
It should wait until I actually make a payment.

I think Rube Goldberg is having an good laugh at my expense.
