[GNC] Downgrading to 2.6.21

2.6.15 can’t reliably read the data file from 3.x. (if at all, I haven’t tested it)

The lowest you can go is 2.6.19.

You could use the Flatpak version, the .deb that was posted on this list, or build from source.
