[GNC] View New Accounts page

Try clicking on the leftmost "Accounts" tab and then select "View > 
Refresh" from the menu bar.

If that doesn't work, select "View > Filter by > Other" and put a check 
mark in the boxes for "show hidden accounts" and "show zero total accounts".
