[GNC] Copy transaction - paste transaction into another file

Horst Fickenscher,

You do not mention which version of GnuCash or which distro and desktop.
That process has worked for me in the past running GnuCash release 2.6. 17
or so and clicking the appropriate menu selections.  I may have been in
Windows or Ubuntu 16.04, I don't remember which.  Not sure about newer
releases.
