[GNC] Copy transaction - paste transaction into another file

Interesting! I never tried transaction cut/copy/paste within the same file
because I thought it would not do anything noticeable. Today I tried
copying a transaction in one account register and pasting into another
account register and found that the transaction line belonging to the
source account register was replaced by the destination account during the
paste. The date was lost and the pasted transaction received today's
date. This is not documented clearly in the help manual.

This is in release 2.6.19 in Ubuntu 18.04. I also tried pasting into a
second instance in Ubuntu and that failed. Perhaps it is different in
Windows.
