[GNC] OFX Import requests (Mac OS)

Your second part does require a new bug report.  It happens that if you
look in the underlying register during an import the incoming transactions
are there but if you try to select and edit one of them, you get into bind
about the transaction being unbalanced when it really isn't, and it is not
easy cancel your edit or just edit the text fields.
