Hi Sachin,

I am no Windows user, so others might have better ideas.

As normal user download the file from github.
With your File manager (Explorer?)  search for IndiaMutual.pm
That should return something like ".../perl.../Finance/Quote/IndiaMutual.pm"
If different apply the file attributes from tthe original file on the
downloaded file.

As Administrator replace the installed file by the downloaded file.
