[GNC] Loan and Mortgage scheduler | Escrow account for Tax rounds monthly payment up

I noticed the same thing and thought that was strange. Checked to see if
there was a rounding option in settings but did not find anything. So I
manually edited the scheduled transaction in the editor to the correct tax
and insurance and it kept it. So in the future the correct will be
used...but be a bug though.
