[GNC] GnuCash -- Flatpak -- Update assistance needed

Ok, not sure what I did, but it appears I have the program back to the state
where it was, working, so that's a relief.  It's still version 3.2, however.  

Does flatpak in fact have a later version available than 3.2, and if so, how
do I upgrade to it, as my prior attempt, clearly made no difference.
