[GNC] List subjects

Google seems to show a repetitive chain of problems of headers being stripped. It is nice to have the subject list at the front of the email, but the body lacks any structure: headers, footers! Mailman says they should be there: https://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/mailman-admin/node18.html

I did not see any complaint about the List-* headers added by mailman.
Did I miss something in this thread?
