[GNC] Is v 3.7 64-bit?

GnuCash 3.7 for Mac OS X Intel >= 10.9 (Mavericks) <https://downloads.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/gnucash/Gnucash-Intel-3.7-1.dmg>

It is truthful about >= 10.9. 
10.15 > 10.9, so 3.7 is compatible. I have been using 3.7 with Catalina and its betas since 3.7 was released.
