[GNC] Sub-accounts disappeared during upgrade 3.5 > 3.7

Paul,

We all suffer from increased finger trouble as we get older. I don't use the
compressed data format normally. I just saved my datafile as a compressed
file and I was able to use gunzip on Linux to uncompress it after I changed
the extension to .gz and then after changing the extension back to .gnucash
it opens as an uncompressed file without any problem. That was only
necessary because gunzip checks the extension before unzipping. Not sure of
behavior zippers  on Windows however.
