[GNC] Failed building Gnucash 3.7

I had forgotten it was autotools specific. Just checked my most recent pull
from Github and it is no longer present in the source directories. Senility
catching up. I must have confused it with something else I have built
recently (most likely the docs as I haven't yet explored and converted to
using cmake to build the docs).
