[GNC] GnuCash/AqBanking headaches

If it's any consolation (???), I've been using GnuCash 3.7 on Windows 10 for
some time now, and I STILL can't get AqBanking to work, whereas previously,
on prior versions, it worked ok.

I've given up.  Not in the mood to go back to a prior version, not important
enuf to me...
