[GNC] Loan Mortgage repayment assistant problem

The thee functions are defined in https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/blob/maint/libgnucash/app-utils/fin.scm, prefixed with gnc: (so gnc:ipmt etc.).

At line 41ff you'll see that ppmt = pmt - ipmt.
