[GNC] Change a batch of transactions from income to Expense

Thanks david when I get home I will have a go and read this more thoroughly
and the manual.  The only thing I cant quite grasp is when the account is
Camps out I dont quite see how it increases the balance rather than
decrease.  Sorry I must be thick.
