[GNC] Include Account Numbers on Trial Balance

Stephen,

My accountant uses the file I provide him to import my GL transactions
directly into his ledger. I have been doing this for 12 years.

Your accountant does not need account numbers. He will have his own software
to generate his workpapers. He can work without them.

He may find it a convenience to have numbers to make sure that any adjusting
entries later given to you go to the right place, but that is optional.
