[GNC] Reconcile bug

Not sure, but ‘partially reconciled’ is simply ‘cleared’ as you can change the individual transactions in the register to ‘c’ without using the reconciliation procedure. When you start that process, all transactions marked ‘c’ will be checked off for you.
That status *should* be saved however, I would think, even if they aren’t checked off manually. (that is, via the reconcile window)
