[GNC] Transfer funds after reconcile, finish ???

   Hi All,
   After a successful Reconcile, Finish, I sometimes get
   the following pop up:
   I changed the number to zero before pasting.
   What is this all about?  Why would it want to transfer
   funds?
   I press cancel.
