[GNC] Bills in Gnucash

Gustav, try what Geert says.  You’ll need an Accounts Payable account under liabilities, and this is a standard accounting practice. 

When you create a new bill you post it, and it shows in Accounts Payable.  When you pay against that bill, it goes also to Accounts Payable.  The billing system keeps vendors and bills organized so you know how much you owe each vendor and for what.
