[GNC] GC won't load on Ubuntu 19.04

Not sure whether our posts crossed there, I meant why are you trying
to build gnucash 3.1 when the Ubuntu repo has 3.4?

If you want to build from source then having upgraded Ubuntu I suspect
you will have to do a full rebuild.
