[GNC] GC won't load on Ubuntu 19.04

[Dennis Powless]

dennis at dennisLaptop1:~$ whereis gnucash
gnucash: /home/dennis/.local/bin/gnucash

I'm surprised that I didn't have more.  I don't see any other directories.

dennis at dennisLaptop1:~/.local/bin$ ls
gnc-fq-check  gnc-fq-helper  gnucash
gnc-fq-dump   gnc-fq-update  gnucash-valgrind

This is the contents of that directory.
