[GNC] GnuCash update currency CHF & EUR impossible

Dear Mister,

Thank you for your nice software.
I decided to add all my accounts on GnuCahs but somme currency  can't be updated

My currency are :
USD (update work)
CHF (didn't work)
EUR (didn't work)

I have installed <Online price retrival for GnuCash > and my stores market update well.

What is the problem ?
