[GNC] Build error ver 3.7 on mint 19.2

Using the Gnucash wiki  :

instead of :  apt install googletest solved the issue of GTEST and GMOCK not
found.

Also needed was the dev version of this  libsecret-1-dev

So in conclusion to build and install on ver 3.7 on mint 19.2 

1. follow the wiki section (recommneded) 
2. install the ver version of libsecret-1-0
