[GNC] Gnucash not obtaining lock Solved

Bob,
Thanks for reporting back not only that you solved it but documenting the steps.
I hope no one else has the same issue, but if so, there is now a reference for them.
I’ll have to keep this in mind when I migrate some computers to Win10 for some family members.
