[GNC] Change account type by editing XML?

Already reported earlier today, that doesn’t work.

I suggested it earlier, and then tested it on my own book. Indeed, once there are transactions in the errant account, it cannot be changed. This must be something specific to type A/R and/or A/P accounts.
