Note your screenshots are huge. The list server doesn't accept 3 images of 8Mb each. That's 
probably why your mail to gnucash-user never reached us. So for future communication please 
reduce the size of your images before sending them to the list.

I have retained only one while sending this mail to keep the size of the message small.

Now looking at your screenshot it seems to me your csv file is either not a csv file or it is in 
another encoding that utf8.

Try changing the encoding and see if another encoding makes more sense.
