[GNC] Recently Opened list not updated until Gnucash restarted

Michael,
That seems to be new (mis)behavior in 4.1. I noticed the same thing yesterday as I went through my monthly reconciles: The MRU list in the file menu didn't update at all until I quit and restarted GnuCash.
