[GNC] Ubuntu distribution version

Derek,
as I understand them the Ubuntu & Debian (which I use) distros are more
conservative and tend towards safety rather than speed of releases.

So the versions they carry are well behind the bleeding edge, because they
wait for more thorough testing for stability. That helps less techie/geeky
people like me to have more confidence with the software I use.

I have just finished upgrading to Debian Buster so I will soon upgrade
GnuCash from 2.6.15 to 3.x before I go to 4.x.
