[GNC] Possible Suggestion: Give transactions a default 'Jump to' target account

This is already the case.

In complex transactions

Yes, this would save you one click. It will cost anyone not using Basic 
view one click.

If the logic is added to only implement this in 'Basic' view, then both 
users are happy, but more work to code.
