[GNC] GnuCash 4.4 Announcement

Hi,

Microsoft Edge (smart screen) blocks the gnucash-4.4.setup.exe file from
this site 

https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/releases

Is that normal?

We did a snap release of GnuCash 4.4 in order to fix
https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=798063. The regular announcement
email went out but like yesterday's announcement of 4.3 it seems to have
disappeared into the ether.

I'm trying this simpler notice to see if it gets through. Details of the
release can be found at https://www.gnucash.org/news.phtml or
https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/releases/.
