[GNC] ANNOUNCE: GnuCash 4.4 Released

Sorry for the bad URIs. I've corrected the direct links on the www.gnucash.org/news.phtml and sent a correction email to gnucash-announce.

I made some adjustments and started a new Flathub build that should be done in an hour or so.

https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=798067 reports a problem with the Windows package failing because of a missing symbol in libpng. Has anyone else had a problem with it?
