[GNC] Linux build

The build instructions for Linux are detailed on the wiki page 
https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Building_On_Linux. AFAIK they are up to date for
GC 4.x and Linux Mint/Ubuntu  20.04. They are Linux MInt/Ubuntu oriented so
should work for Peppermint. Linux Mint itself was originally designed to look
and function  like the earlier Windows systems. I swapped over over 10 years ago
initially running a dual system for a while and eventually abandoning Windows
completely after 6 months.
