[GNC] Duplicate emails in GnuCash Digests

Derek,

There was a thread on duplicate mails not so long ago, though I don't think it was about Digests 
and it may have been on gnucash-devel.

I have noticed mail duplication starting with David T's responses (sunfish...). I haven't noticed it 
with John's replies and obviously not on my own replies.
