[GNC] Change the First Day of Week

Got it this time. That would be the bug then.

Check Bugzilla, I don’t recall if the current bug deals with that report specifically (or some other report) or is generic to all of them.

Do your pop-up calendars when entering dates, or using the Scheduled Transaction editor show the correct start day?
