[GNC] Chaning left sidebar spacing

Out of the box I think all three would look very similar. Any differences would be attributable to how GTK is implemented on Mac/Windows and pixel density. (most standard monitors are 96dpi, while older Macs used 72, and of course hi-res displays are much higher and use a scaling factor for graphics designed for 72/96)

I’ve never tried to physically measure or nit-pick between Linux and Mac, but they both looked similar enough to me to not bother with any adjustments. While I have a Win7 vm, I’ve never installed GnuCash on it to test.

There is a significant change from 2.6 to 3.x series, however, on all platforms.
