[GNC] Suggested source for LibOFX?

John - thanks to your guidance.  I think I'm on the right track. I 
assume the ONLINE ACTIONS/GET TRANSACTIONS was actually grayed out as I 
had not yet set up a userid/account.  Working on that now.
