I've got that app installed. But the last time I actually used it, "synchronizing" the data involved exporting the mobile data, importing it into the desktop. Clunky at best and not what I would call synchronizing the data.
When I read that in the book description, I was hopeful that in the few years since I last investigated gnuCash, someone had made improvements.
