[GNC] Escrow calculations using mortgage repayment tool

I just found that I was able to have it automatically create the past transactions (per my other thread). But the transactions that were created were not even close to right. They are regular transactions (not split). One side goes to Liabilities:Escrow and the other side is the withdrawal from the checking account.

Nothing goes to principal or taxes.
