[GNC] Broken QFX import in 3.8

It's due to a change in the import matcher to accommodate AQBanking 6 which had an unintended affect on both file imports and on accounts with sub accounts. https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/pull/631 will fix it, we're waiting on testing with FinTS to make sure that it doesn't break that.
