[GNC] since Catalina, unable to open gnucash

I'm with D on this one. /opt isn't the best spot for user documents. It's completely hidden from the Finder and will require you to jump hurdles at every step. It really doesn't want you doing things there.

Turning SIPS off is generally bad. Turning SIPS off temporarily may be necessary. Some operations really do require you to turn SIPS off momentarily. Do your thing. Then turn SIPS on again!
