[GNC] 'entries' table content - link with taxtables

Hello All,

Is it normal that there is a link to taxtable entries(entries.b_taxtable 
= taxtables.guid) instead of NULL in invoice entries which are not taxable?

It makes a lot of confusions when building SQL queries...
