[GNC] Keep the Reconciliation Feature (was Re: Gnucash 4.0 Paper Clip and Link glyphs for file/web transaction associations)

I’m not one so I can’t say, but I’ve been following the thread (even from the original post) and it appears to merely be a case of “I personally don’t use this feature, so just get rid of it” sort of thing.

The (main) dev who chimed in appeared (to me) to put the kibosh on that sentiment.
