[GNC] Budgeting > transfers to liabilities and securities purchase

Hi Everyone,
Issue 1
I updated to Debian Bullseye and Gnucash Version: 3.10, Build ID:
3.10+(2020-04-11).
Entering a positive number for a transfer to the liability in the budget
makes the budget balance sheet show the correct change to the liability
(i.e. a transfer to my mortgage account decreases the balance of that
mortgage)
Now the "budget report" has a sign error. Actuals reported negative, while
the budget is reported positive.
Issue 2
For securities purchase, my work around is to enter a zero in the summary
row for securities to stop gnucash counting units as dollars. Entering the
value (zero or purchase price) here stops the budget balance sheet from
including previously held securities. This is still a bit buggy as the
transfer to securities needs a budget unit price to be able to resolve the
budget to zero.
Would be great to be able to enter a budget unit price and have GnuCash
work of the total price or number of units.
Thanks,
Mark
