[GNC] Export as PDF vs Print to PDF

The same is true for Linux.  Well at least Linux Mint 18.3.  I haven't 
tested it yet on Mint 19.x

I save the report as HTML.  Open with Firefox and use the Print to PDF 
extension.  Couple of extra steps but works.
